𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Costing:
- Supporting buyer to make the counter costing with other suppliers in case the initial suppliers are not able to achieve our target.
- Analizing the original open cost and monitoring the details to give support the buyer. Looking for right details (CMT, Consumption.
- Supporting in cost negotiation to provide best possible option for the buyers.
Deliver quality Manufacturing excellence and on time Delivery Sampling performance:
- Conduct working procedure training for new suppliers and monitoring qualified factory allocation.
- Order Pre-Production and producion follow up including lap-dip confirmation, samples arrangement, bulk production controlling, testing inspection, and supplier monitoring to assure correct quality of manufacturing and on-time schedule of the whole production process.
Sourcing and Product Development:
- Investigating the suppliers that our competitor brands are working with in local market.
- Making costing exercise and product checking with new suppliers to propose to Head Office.
- Provide innovative ideas on product and keep looking for more sustainable options.
- Focusing on more sustainable supply chain focus is most sustainable practices.
- Developing new ways to work with Head Office.
Sustainability:
- Following and pushing the New Fiber Goals in the supply chain. Actively collaborate in the implementation of the Fiber Plan, creating solid and stable supply circuits.
- Following traceability issues to advance problems and risk in the supply chain. "
Effectively support the HQ:
- Seamless interaction with HQ and provide utmost support.
- Maintain strong relationship in the key areas of vendors organization so that works are being done effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to assess vendors strength and weakness each season.
- Efficiency in communication and time management.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably in buying houses.
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, business, or a related field.
