Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide First Aid to employees when required and maintain the accident register for any injury.
2. Measure blood pressure, weight, pulse, temperature and EDD of pregnant employees and necessary advice for health problem and record keeping.
3. Check all first aid boxes as per item list to find out any short items and check expired items available or not.
4. Childcare center must be properly managed and follow the guideline of compliance and hygienic environment of medical officer's room/child care center.
5. Keep and maintain daily treatment records of sickness and treatment related issues of the employees.
6. Handle emergency situation, e.g., admission at hospital, supervision at hospital etc.
7. Prepare Monthly Medicine Requisition.
8. Any other task assigned by Management.
